The dashboard and woodwork were removed and sent to a specialist for re-conditioning, re-veneering and polishing. The interior was further improved with a brand new wool carpet set, new boot set, and the original leather upholstery was removed, and then carefully repaired and fully re-conolised to leave a very original, high quality finish. The MG was stripped down and fully re-finished in duo tone by a local experienced painter. The MG was then fitted with all new window and windscreen seals, and thousands of pounds spent on re-chroming to give the car a lovely overall finish. Now UK registered 571 XVN, the MG is ready to use and enjoy.
