1986 Renault 5 TL For SALE or SWAP for something retro and interesting and on the road. Old Citroens/Saabs/VWs/Volvos etc considered. Perfect entry level classic or retro daily. Just 76000 miles! Only 2 previous owners! Well looked after Renault 5 TL. It starts on the button and runs great. Feels nippy despite only being a 1.1, but sips at fuel so cheap to run! Ideal for a first classic car, or for someone wanting a daily with a bit more personality. Travelled to Newcastle and back in it on Sunday (around 275 mile round trip) and used less than half a tank of fuel. The interior is in great condition, however there is the start of some stitching coming apart on one of the driver's seat bolsters. This is the only fault on the interior. Everything works as it should. Exterior-wise the body is extremely straight and is in very solid condition. There are a few small marks as to be expected, but overall the paint is in good condition and cleans up well. Freshly serviced (Oil, Filters, Spark Plugs, Points and Condenser) Brand new battery. Comes with the original Renault documents such as the manual and service book. MOT until June 2024 £2750 ono
