1977 Daimler Sovereign Coupe Series 2 57000 Miles, Champagne Gold Metalic, Ivory Interior with Tabac Alcantara Headlining. Glass and engine out body restoration in 2016 by Everyway Solutions (Southampton), including full interior re-trim in Ivory with biscuit carpets. Documented Engine rebuild in 2021 costing £6k. 5 x brand new diamond cut Alloys with 5 x brand new tyres. Stainless steel exhausts, pioneer head unit. Remote central locking upgrade. New battery, New electronic ignition distributor, New high Torque starter, Carbs rebuilt by Carbcare, Manual choke conversion. Underbody rust treatment on 11/23. Complete with original toolkit and jack kit. Serviced by myself in November 23, Partial History file going back 20 years. Exquisite looking car, starts and drives on the button, wafts along with divine serenity. Slip in and out with ease, Jaguar straight six reliability, perfect for classic runs and shows. Bad points: Has small bubbles on one rear wheel arch and a small bubble on bottom of passenger door, simple repair. Priced accordingly (13k cheaper than most others). 12 months MOT, not that its necessary on a vehicle of this age, but it gives me and any prospective buyer extra comfort.
